How do I check my order?
Orders linked to your account appear on your account page. If you checked out as a guest, contact the pharmacy with your order number.
View my account & ordersHow much is delivery?
Delivery to Baghdad Karkh and Rusafa is 5,000 IQD, and other cities are 8,000 IQD. Delivery is free for orders of 50,000 IQD or more. Your final delivery cost appears at order review.
How can I pay?
Pay on delivery. You can check the payment method and total before placing your order.
Can I change or return an order?
Call the pharmacy with your order number so we can check its status and explain the available options.
What if a product is out of stock?
Open the product page and choose ‘Notify me’ to send a restock request, or call the pharmacy to ask about availability.
